I ORDERED A RAQUEL WELCH STRAWBERRY BLONDE WIG AND INSTEAD RECEIVED A JON RENEAU DARK HAIRPIECE. THE THING IS I BOUGHT THE WIG WITH THE SPECIAL COUPON MARCH30 AND RECEIVED $44 OFF THE WIG. ALSO I AM NOW ON VACATION AND WON'T BE HOME UNTIL APRIL 22ND. WHEN I CALLED ABOUT THE PROBLEM, THEY DID NOT OFFER TO SEND OUT THE RIGHT WIG EVEN THOUGH IT WAS YOUR COMPANY'S ERROR BY SENDING THE WRONG ONE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS EXPERIENCE,

Cynthia, we truly apologize for this situation. However, we have reviewed our system and it looks like you spoke to a representative and were advised to return the item received, for a refund. We have confirmed you were refunded in full to the original form of payment, on April 5th, 2023 and we sent an email confirmation. We apologize if this information was not received. Please note, we have re-sent this information via direct email for your records. We look forward to hearing from you!

Hard to syle. Coms with no style. Have ordered more then one style Dont know which is which. You should send a picture with each one so I would know which is which and how to attempt to style it myself.

Everything was great! It fit perfectly - I’m average. The color is great-looks like the photo. It came quickly.

My first wig. Too much hair! It is not right for me and I need to return it. The color was perfect. I wrote them and they cordially responded and sent the return label. I might try again in the future.
