The whole process was great. Got the wig real fast. Love the color. I will have to take it in have my beautician trim the bangs they are too long for me the hair gets in my eyes I have never had that much hair so it is a big adjustment for me. Love ease of just putting it on an fuss just a little with it. I hope trimming the front will help with it falling in my eyes. All and all Love it.

Good prices. I find that it’s hard for older women who want all blonde with no roots showing to find wigs on sale. Blonde and silver mix in particular.

I am a FIRST time wig buyer and chose this company BECAUSE of their high rating....I will NEVER buy from them again. They claim they have an EASY return policy however that is an all out lie! In their ads they tell you to try on your wig in different lighting, indoors, outdoors and to get used to your new look! If I am not mistaken that means you need to put the wig ON! I did that. I did not like the look of the wig and how heavy it was on my head. I literally returned the wig within a week even though for some odd reason they give their customers 45 days to return them? If you don't expect customers to wear them why would you give them 45 days to return it? Makes ZERO sense. I however only tried it on. I also ordered a shorter wig in the interim and that wig I did want to keep. When I sent back the first wig it showed back up at my house literally 4 days after I sent it. I live in MN so that was an awful quick inspection of the wig for it to come back to me so quickly. So I am quite sure nobody looked at it....it was literally THROWN back in a box and sent back to me. AFTER they requested when I returned it to have it packaged neatly and just as I received it brand new with tags still in tact. THEN they had the audacity to NOT even put an explanation in the box as to why it came back to me which further validates to me that NOBODY actually looked at this wig but after emailing the company they tried to tell me that the wig had an odor (impossible as I never put any products on the wig or wore it for any length of time), it was tangled and had makeup on it. Again, they tell you to try the wig on and also I had the wig cap on when I tried it on so NO there wasn't any makeup on it. They refused to refund me for the wig so they had absolutely NO intention on allowing a return in the first place. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

You FINALLY made this wig with more body on the crown. I've order this one over and over only to return it. When I first bought it many years ago, it was perfect. But, when I ordered it over the past year or so, I kept returning it because it wasn't as good as the others. The crown was always so flat and the workmanship was shoddy. I'm so happy to have received the 'right' one this time. Too much $$ returning all of these wigs. :(

Poofy, doesnt look as described

Customer service is horrible, the first representative was not able to determined my size; scheduled a video conference for assistance and the second representative was not able to provide accurate information on color selection. She then got her manager and it was worst. She said it was best to go elsewhere to look at wigs. I don’t recommend this place. Their customer service is horrible.
