The return process ws excellent - refund processed quickly. I did not keep the wig as it was not red at all and I ordered red. Nice wig though just not the color I wanted

The wig I purchased was really cute, however, it did not fit so I returned it. The return process was extremely easy. I will be looking into purchasing another wig from Wigs.com down the road.

Although the wig I ordered was not to my liking, I carefully followed the return instructions and sent it back the very next day. Upon receipt of the package I received an email stating that my return was accepted and my cc had been credited. That's how returns should be handled by more online retailers.

My second review here about the poor customer service at Wigs.com. Called in again trying to contact the initial person I was directed to, Shabrena. She emailed back promptly after I called in and sent photos of the wig bald patches. She asked for more photos or, alternatively, schedule a consult with her. I responded promptly and chose to schedule a consult but couldn't get past their AI of course, or, she is ignoring the request, again. It has been over a week. I plan to contact Rene of Paris for help and file complaints with any state and federal agency governing the actions of this company. None of us have time for this kind of problematic customer service.
