The fibers of the wig were very soft and the cut was nice. Density was perfect. The color did not look like it did on-line and was not flatering to me at all. I thought returns were easy, but apparently this particular wig is “all sales final”.

Hi Juanita, We are happy we were able to help resolve the confusion with returning the Katherine wig. As per our discussion, we emailed you the return label. Based on your review, it sounds like you loved everything but the color. Therefore, we recommend a consultation with one of our experts. They can help you find the right color over the phone or via video consultation. We hope you allow us the opportunity to help you find the right color! Thank you for your feedback. Sincerely, The Wigs.com Team

I ordered two wigs that were quite wonderful, but the colors were off just enough that they didn't work. And I loved how seamless the return process is. I plan to do more business with these guys in the future.
