The piece I purchase was obviously just thrown in the box from the last person that tried it. It was not remotely useable. Very poor quality. And to top it off I did not get a full refund. There was no where listed that you have a restocking fee. Shame on you for this deception.

Hi Lori, We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. It's disheartening to learn that the item you received did not meet the quality standards we strive to uphold. We take your feedback seriously and assure you that we are actively looking into the matter to address the issues you've raised. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we're committed to making things right. Regarding the restocking fee, we apologize for any confusion. We don't have a restocking fee. The only money that wasn't refunded was the return shipping. We contacted you to discuss this further. We look forward to hearing from you and getting this issue resolved. Sincerely, The Wig Experts

Ive had great satisfactions from my first two purchases on toppers. But, while I did wear my new one in public, it is not made like my previous pieces. This one not only had the clip in the front of the part where I want it flat so my hair blends in, it also has a strange plastic-like tape along the edge which also shows through. My hair is white and the topper is white and this plastic stuff is sort of tan-ish and is visible

The topper was too short, so I returned it, but it was beautiful quality and packed and shipped well. I’ll try another soon.

Hi Laura, Thank you for your feedback regarding the quality and packing of the Easipart you ordered. We are sad to hear that the topper was too short. We recommend measuring your hair from the top to ensure you get the right length. Even better, we offer virtual consultations, which you would be ideal for because our experts will meet with you (virtually) and help you select the right style and color (linked below)! https://www.wigs.com/pages/virtual-consultation We hope we meet with you and find the right topper for you! Sincerely, The Wig Experts

I spent a long time trying to style this wig and it never looked good. I have always been good at styling my own hair so it’s not me. I used two different products that I purchased from you guys but I was not satisfied. I spent some time with a very nice woman online who worked with me to try to style this wig. Everyone I talked to at this company has been exceptionally helpful. However, it still doesn’t look good on me. I hope others have a better experience.

I wasn't told I couldn't return or exchange. It's too small..I can't wear it..I got it ready to return and started to do the paperwork and it says in small that I can't return, because it was on sale!! $179.00 on sale?? It looks nothing like what I ordered. 😢

Please know items are styled to show you the potential and versatility of the piece. As mentioned in our email, the final sale message is intended for the shipping protection included in your order, and not the item itself. We sincerely apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this may have caused. We have sent information about the return process and look forward to hearing from you soon!
