The wig is not even the same color as what it is supposed to be. It is not as thick either. The quality of your wigs is sorely lacking. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and it just keeps getting worse.

Hi Lynne, We are saddened to hear about your unsatisfactory experience with your recent purchase of Fascination in the color RL14/25. We reviewed your account and noticed you usually order Voltage Large in R25. Either way, we don't want you to have paid for an item that you aren't satisfied with, so we hope you return it so we can refund you. We also contacted you to help resolve this issue. If you haven't, we are happy to assist you in returning the piece. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to speaking with you soon! Warm regards, The Wig Experts
