We are saddened to hear you aren't satisfied with your purchase of Rachel Lite in the color 14/26S10. But we are happy to see you returned the item, received a refund, and purchased the same style in another color! We hope the new color is to your liking. Warm regards, The Wig Experts

I paid $275.00 for this wig. I wore it that day and about a third of the hair fell out. I have worn it 2x and that's all I can wear it. It was cheaply made. IT WAS FROM YOU. Why do company's try and get out of things!! I know why you don't want the truth out

Hi Sheree, We are sorry to hear you paid for a wig with hair falling out. Unfortunately, you didn't order a wig from us. You have only ordered a WigSecure and Sure Grip from our company. We recommend looking into the company you were charged for the wig. We wish you the best in resolving that. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist you with the items you ordered from us. Sincerely, The Wig Experts

Everything was good. The wig I ordered just wasn't right for me. The company has a great selection and I'm happy they have large wigs. My refund was fast and easy

I’ve bought wigs from you many times. Most have been excellent or acceptable. However, the one I received recently is very disappointing. The “hairs” in the crown won’t stand up. That exposes the on top of the wig where the “hairs” are attached making it be obvious that it’s a wig. Also, when I put on the wigs I have purchased in the past, the “hairs” just fall into place. I hardly have to touch it.

Products are of quality and are representative of what is described on the website. Colors might be a little off, but that’s to be expected because all devices are different. They have excellent customer service and return policies.
