the 2 wigs I ordered arrived promptly and were packaged well. Unfortunately they were not the colors I observed on the website and had to return them. Return was easy but I had to constantly check to see if I received my refund. I wish I could have been sent a simple e-mail saying I was refunded instead of being forced to check in on the website everyday.

The site was easy to navigate and there was a great selection to choose from. I found one that I really liked in the color that I loved. The wig came very quickly and to my surprise it was even better than I expected. I love it. I was a little hesitant about buying on line but I’m so glad I did.
