Let me say first of all hair pieces/toppers are much harder to order than wigs, because the color has to match your own hair color. That being said I felt the color charts should be more in depth. The color I ordered for my hair piece was not even close to what I thought it was in the picture, so I had to return it. The service was great, it was delivered before expected, and my refund was promptly credited. I was notified with emails throught every step.
