I LOVE my new wig
I LOVE my new wig. I had never purchased a wig before and was apprehensive about it. I knew nothing about wigs, I just thought they'd be fun. The website took me through measuring and selecting the size and ordering was easy. I was concerned about choosing the right color, which wasn't easy because there were no swatches to order. However, I was lucky and chose well.

I ordered two wigs
I ordered two wigs, around $600…they shipped, I tracked…no one was home, so they were returned. I receive expensive packages every other day at this same address….why wouldn’t fedex leave a signature form? Nevertheless, still waiting on my credit.

This information is relayed at the time the order is placed on the order confirmation email. Once we do receive your items back at our fulfilment center we will be happy to refund you for the items.

Shipping was very fast
Shipping was very fast. Unfortunately the wigs I ordered did not work for me and I had to return them. The refund process was easy and quick. I will be ordering other styles until I find the perfect wig for me.

The Stress of Chemo lessened
I am undergoing chemo and not sure when I will lose my hair. I ordered one wig that didn't work, but got it fast and was able to return it easily. I just ordered another wig. Thank you for making them accessible and easily returnable. It removes a bit of stress from an unknown cancer journey.

I am wanting a wig that looks like my own hair,
I am wanting a wig that looks like my own hair, for bad hair days, I have seen many to like on Wigs.com. I ordered Sky, and it was a nice wig, but the color was darker than I expected. I was nervous about the return, because I had a bad experience with a make up company, a few years back. I had to send the wig back, and the return was promptly handled. So, I still search. I need a wig that is heat resistant. I have never worn a wig before, so I am learning. Wigs.com have so many styles, and makers of wigs. Sale time is important to me, as I was not aware wigs don't last all that long. I am learning.
