The wig is amazing! Love the color and its quality. The site was very easy to navigate, and the wig was true to size and color. Will definitely be ordering again.

I spoke to a representative before buying to check all the detail. I called multiple times. And in the end the latest rep t spoke to said that the information given to me was incorrect. I now have to go through the process of talking to a supervisor and try to obtain the recording. That’s all to say that you should record all your phone conversations with them and take the names of the customer service people you speak to. Take photos and document everything well. I hope that they stick to what is written on the site and that the items are refunded. I’m really disappointed at this end note. Until this situation of the shipping, it was a good experience, and now it’s all gone south. As I cannot reply to wig.com’s comment I’ll add here: You can obtain the recording of my first call regarding the return shipping label where I specifically asked if one label was ok for multiple boxes and your rep said yes. She said yes because she said obe label per order. I asked again - commenting that you sent multiple boxes. She replied that it was fine. I also asked what happens if a box goes missing, and she replied that insurance was on your side. This is easily proved by the recording - which you have. So your comment is not correct. I meticulously addressed this issue. Only to find out later from another rep that it was not true. This is a very bad experience. You send me multiple boxes and yet you provide no way to return them with your label. So now I put them all in one box and put your label on it. If you only allow one label ans one box, you should ship it like that so it’s easy to return. And your agent should be trained well enough to answer these questions that I asked before placing my order. Again - to anyone who orders-record your phone conversations because this company will change policy later and their reps have no way to check the phone recordings and they don’t stand by what was said. I do hope they stand by their return policy.

I have worn a hairpiece from Wigs for a long time, their only downfall is the inconsistency in the amount of hair in the pc. 1 time it is nice and full and the next it is sparse. Easy returns though.
