Hi Stephanie the "singeing" you are refiring to on the wig is friction frizz this is very common part of owning a heat friendly fiber. To correct this you will need to apply heat staying between 275 and 300 degrees. As stated in our return policy all items must remain in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
