The color was listed as brown but when it came it was blonde. Can’t wear it. The part was on the wrong side for the way I wear my hair. Texture was nice
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Sep 1, 2026
B Eschey, We’re sorry to hear the color was not what you expected and that the parting did not work for your preferred style. We understand how important both color and part placement are when choosing the right piece. We’re glad you were pleased with the texture, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. If you need assistance with your return or finding a style and color that may work better for you, please contact our Client Care Team. We’ll be happy to help!

I returned the wig even though I liked it. It didn't fit me, gave me a head ache just trying it on. I feel that I wouldn't be able to wear a wig. Your service was good and the quality of the wig was good.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Sep 1, 2026
Casandra, We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you found the wig quality and our service good. We understand that finding the right fit can be challenging, and we're sorry the wig caused discomfort.

Trust this company and those in customer service willing to answer any questions. I’ve ordered many wigs from them. My recent order was an all time favorite Jade by Rene of Paris. No disappointment when it arrived. Thank you…I’m a daily wig wearer.
