The ordering process was easy
The ordering process was easy, but the return process could be better. The only return options are either to print out a return label at home or to address the package yourself and pay for return postage. It would bring so much more convenient if Wigs.com used the "Happy Returns" that so many companies have adopted. No printer needed.
