I love the wig!! The synthetic hair is very soft, compared to other wigs I've had. The cap is so comfortable and I don't need to sew in clips like I've had to in the past. I'm very happy with the wig.

This should be your only alternative hair shop!! Trust me, I’ve tried them all. They are extremely trustworthy, reliable, and have excellent customer service. Their return policy is better than any other wig store. Their helpline is the best - the women are so kind and supportive. They’ve also all tried on most of the wigs so love to get hype about what you’re interested in or listen if you feel like something isn’t working!

I ordered two wigs. I loved the platinum one however the one that was supposed to be light red turned out to be a spice color that was more brown so I did have to return it due to the color. Also, the hair on that particular wig was pretty fuzzy compared to the platinum wig and they were both the same style.

There was a computer error and I received 3 of the same hair toppers. It has taken weeks to straighten out the problem. Other than that, my hair topper is beautiful and didn’t take long to arrive. The quality is outstanding.
