This wig was not worth keeping! Poor quality!! The hair looked like plastic & the shade was mousy brown! What happened to caramel macchiato? I’m returning this wig to you.

Great selection, and if something is not in stock, it's crossed off , which is important. Then a customer is given the option of being notified when that particular color is available again, if at all. Some other companies will show a wig in all the colors, even if that particular color is out of stock.. Heck, they'll even let you buy it and then send you a notice that the wig you want in the color you ordered is not available. They give you an option to wait for a restock, but basically , in my opinion, that's poor business. Wigs com doesn't do that. Also, customer service is primo!

I love this piece! My mom hates that I wear hair pieces. When I wore this one, she made a comment that she was pleased I wasn’t wearing one. I told her I was. She said, “for the back, right?” “No Mom, I wear it in front.“ She just started at me in disbelief. The lace front is so realistic!

The wig was lovely but unfortunately didn’t work for me. I don’t ever do online purchases so was fearful to have to return but it was easy and stress free.

Janet Beimfohr, We're happy to hear that you found the wig lovely! We appreciate you sharing that the return process was easy and stress-free, especially since it was your first online purchase.
