I've used wigs.com for several years since I started wearing wigs. Prices are really great and I've had to call them several times and the representatives are really nice and very helpful. The return process is quite simple and they give you ample time to make your return. All in all a great company to work with

Everything was great. Easy to order and the items were sent in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I did not like the wigs I ordered as they just did. Ot look right on me. The quality and packaging was wonderful and no complaints at all. The return policy is easy and no restocking fee if sent on time. I am returning the three wigs I tried and will try a different style that might suit me better. I would recommend this company to any of my friends.

I was hoping the wig I purchased would be the right color for me. Sadly, it wasn't.. I held my breath, hoping when I returned it, I would get my money back without a hassle. What a lovely surprise! My money was returned immediately without a problem, that is why I am giving a 5 star!
