I just had a really small order delivered and had left a $5tip. Who ever delivered it did n9t deserve any tip as they were too lazy to deliver it to my apt and left it at main house. The occupants opened it as there was no name on it. Failed twice!

The Customer Service was absolutely awful. It was a weekend and there were no cashiers and no lights on any register. The Supervisor. said oh yes we have cashiers the man in self Ck out, said there is no light on because we have no cashiers. self service does not take cash so you do need cashiers. when I said something to Jennifer the Supervisor, she still never put a light on, so the next person would know where to go 4 a cashier. When I confronted her about it, she was rude put out and walked away from me. What makes it worse is, she is a supervisor, her name was Jennifer at Fort Worth store off of vision Street, so she is role modeling. This behavior is OK to her staff. In this case this morning, she was well modeling this behaviorto a young oriental man at self check out. Also, your feedback Back survey is not working 2 people tried so you need to get your IT team on it. Neither was the supervisor even aware that you had feedback. Last of all you’re supposed to be organic Whole Foods,health yet you don’t care about the environment! ever since Amazon took over and you have NO Recycle bin for plastic bags!!! They told me once Amazon took over,you took it away per your employees. The prices r sky high, their cust svc awful. I would not recommend them to anyone and if possible I would’ve given them a zero

I'm in the United Kingdom and purchased a £75 e-voucher as a gift for a friend. I received nothing. NO email confirmation, nothing, but my bank account was debited immediately. I have contacted them by using several email addresses, and tried to call, but nothing. All their phone numbers just drop "unable to answer your call" or they are local branch shops and cannot help with on-line problems. It seems I will have to call by bank and get them to claim my money back. Terrible service.

My Whole Markets are only two in the city of Albuquerque, NM. Both are bad. But I can't get out much anymore, so I signed up for both food delivery and pickup. I had pickup yesterday. I got home and my bags of potatoes were moldy and soft. Disgusting. But hardly unusual.

My experience at Whole Foods Market is always a little different, but it’s consistently positive. There are so many great varieties of foods and products that I don’t find anywhere else. While the level of service can vary, I’ve always been especially pleased with the seafood, meat, and Whole Body departments. I’m constantly finding good deals, even though some people consider Whole Foods expensive. I recently purchased lamb and salmon fillets that were absolutely out of this world—and reasonably priced! I know there are plenty of other supermarket options, but Whole Foods is my go-to when I’m looking for quality, healthy foods and products. For me, the variety and quality make it worth it.

Whole Foods has amazing customer service! And food is always super fresh :)

Okay I know Whole Foods gets a lot of flak for being expensive but honestly? Totally worth it for me. The produce alone makes it worthwhile. I have been burned too many times at other stores with strawberries that go bad the next day. Not here. The prepared foods section is dangerous because I always end up spending more than planned. But the salmon bowl I grabbed last Tuesday was incredible so no real complaints. Staff remembered my name after my third visit which sounds small but it genuinely made my day. Not perfect for everything but for fresh food and good vibes it is my go to every single week.
