I have a whistle 3 that is 2 years old and stopped working. I find it ironic that it’s stopped working during their big Christmas sale. I contacted customer support and they couldn’t help other than sending me links to their sales going on for a new tracker. I already have payed for service for over 5 years with two different trackers but I can’t afford to buy a new device every 2 years and pay for their service. Sorry Whistle but I have cancel my subscription.

They ignore everything I have previously told them about my two service dogs. Useless

The whistle is great. It monitors my dogs activity and can locate her if she gets out. The whistle lets me know how many miles she does a day and how many calories she burns. I would highly recommend it,

Did not buy the Whistle 3 to pick up scratching/licking, but for the signal light in case it was lost! (And my older Whistles are dying one by one, have replaced 3/5 now. However, my oldest dog was giving me alerts on licking and scratching that led me to do a better job of looking her over. I found some skin lesions that were buried in her fur I may not have seen earlier, thanks to Whistle.

This is my second Whistle, and the most advanced yet.....The peace of mind it gives an owner of their pet is immeasurable. The new whistle Go, also gives you health reports on sleep, licking & scratching; along with daily activity. Wish I had one years ago; have referred all my children.

I have a shiba Inu who has escaped our fenced in yard a few times and after purchasing the whistle collar, it’s given us a lot more ease of mind knowing we can track him down, if he ever breaks out again. The additional health tracking features are also a wonderful asset.

I purchased the whistle go explore because I have an escape artist. I set up the geofence/safe boundary on the app and was super excited to try it out. I walked across the street (much outside of the boundary) and waited for an alert... I never received one. Apparently, if the whistle is connected to your WiFi, it assumes your pet is safe and where they’re supposed to be. Well, that seems to be counterproductive to the idea of setting up a geofence. So I decided this wasn’t the device for me and my pets and I wanted to return it (within the 90 days). I requested a return and it has even 18 DAYS and I have yet to receive a RETURN LABEL from the company. Pet owners, please, go somewhere else. Where they care about you and your pets. This company doesn’t. They care about your money.

I bought the original then upgraded to the best one. The features are really good. The way the GPS attaches to the collar is secure. My friend bought the more expensive FI gps collar, collar would come off. Battery life is awesome with whistle. The FI not so much. My friend ended up buying the same Whistle collar.
