Paul was such an amazing customer support representative. He made sure I was taken care of and gave me the best option and pricing for my dog. I greatly appreciate everything he’s done for me. He even was kind enough to give me a promotional offer. Words cannot express how thankful I am for him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Sincerely, Carlos A.

It is wonderful to give us peace of mind. I just wish it were a little smaller. The size is a bit awkward on my dogs collar.

$5 shipping seemed to be a bit excessive for a $7 item!

Great site design, easy to navigate, easy to purchase.

Have only been using the app for a few days but so far it isn’t working very well. When we want to find our cat, it doesn’t always respond. Also says our cat is in the house when he isn’t? Thinking of returning it.

Hello Jill, Thank you for taking the time to take our Customer Support survey. We appreciate all the feedback and suggestions we get from our customers and we want to do everything we can to improve your experience. Sorry to hear you've been seeing issues connecting to the device. How the device works is it communicates over AT&T 3G cell towers when it is not connected to WiFi. I did a coverage check in your area and there are some spots around you address that have good coverage, but there are also spots around the area that have next to no coverage. If your cat is in one of these areas with limited to no coverage you may run into issues trying to connect to the device unfortunately. If you have anymore questions or concerns, please reply back to this email to get through to me directly.

Awesome product... paid for itself when my dog wandered off from his dog walker. Took him 5 min to track him.

The product is made sensibly and works really well, even in an area that has less than stellar wireless coverage. Customer response to a question was clear and timely. I would have given 5 stars except 1. 15 days after I bought, they replaced it with a new model. The one I got was sold with a substantial discount, but I would have preferred a CHOICE about buying the old one or the new one. I would have happily paid more to get the new one. 2. It should come with at least two of the mounting attachments. They are a tiny, inexpensive part, but I was intimidated by the fact that they aren't intended to be moved from collar to collar, and I waited to get a new collar with my dog's name and phone # on it to mount it to. I shouldn't have to pay $5 shipping for a pack of 3 attachments that costs $7. There should at least have been the option suggested to add the extra mounts to the original order, if it's really too expensive to include an extra mount in the package. All that aside, I'm really happy with the way it works.
