I'm excited to try the product; I have something similar from a competitor, but its too big for my Doxie and the battery life of 2 days provides me no comfort when I am traveling. The site wasn't clear about the size of the newer collars and instructions on the data plan. BUT I found your Facebook site to be very prompt in answering my questions

I just ordered my third Whistle. My dog is a rescue who is afraid of strangers; if she got loose she would not let them near her. Her Whistle gives us peace of mind, which is priceless. My only issue is that her first device kept a charge for several days; the second on only keeps a charge for 24 hours. It's not a big deal, we just charge it every night while she's sleeping. Love my Whistle!

Awful service. I have been on Whistle Chat for almost an hour, still no one has picked up the chat. I have ordered 5 Whistle 3 for my 5 dogs. One of them would only hold a charge for a few days. Whistle finally sent me a replacement. It holds a charge for no more than 3 days. I wrote back a few weeks ago and have not heard anything back from Whistle. Support is terrible. Product does do what it is supposed to. What happens if me dog gets out and its been 3 days? It seems that the product is hit or miss. I understand that the battery is supposed to last "up to 7 days" which means anything "up to 7 days" so I guess this product's life of 3 days is right there.

We appreciate all the feedback and suggestions we get from our customers and we want to do everything we can to improve your experience. Sorry your experience with customer service has been less than great. The Whistle 3s battery life can last up to 7 days. That being said you may get less than 7 days depending on how much time your pet spends in the WiFi range, or if they are hanging out in areas of the home that gets weaker WiFi coverage.
