We have been a customer for many years and have always raved about TAGG/Whistle but the last 6 months or so have been a nightmare in terms of your customer service. Can't understand the reps. Wait on hold for 45 minutes+, the hold time is filled with scratchy music and hissing, Poor manners and attitude by some of the reps. I miss the days of the old reps when it was fun to call you guys. Not any more.

Ok product, fine app, but retail fulfillment is just plain bad. Packages not delivered on time, tracking information not available from customer receipts, all in all a bad experience. Like a black hole for commerce. Noting you’ve asked me to “reply to this email” without giving me your email address. Trustpilot on mobile does not offer a reply function. How about sending me an email so I know when the product I paid for which was supposed to arrive days ago will actually arrive? How about including a tracking number with the order confirmation? And by the way, don’t give me the weak BS that demand exceeded supply while still posting two-day availability in your website. That’s bait and switch. You keep losing stars with poor customer service.

I purchased the Whistle GO/GO Explore Twist & Go Collar - Bolt Blue / Medium / 16"-20 for my Beagle. I feel the the Whistle Go sits better around his neck with this type of collar versus the other attachments available. If I could wish for anything different it would be to have this in a quick release martingale type of collar. As it is for me it is ok since I walk him using a gentle leader.

Was able to navigate the site easily and order products. Liked the comparison between the 2 collars. It would be nice if there were more pics and description of the products - especially of the accessory products - unable to see how the collar attachments work.

We purchased the Whistle for our dog when we moved into a house in the woods. It’s peace of mind to know if he ever got out we can locate him. The unit is simple to install and charge. (I wish it had more options to conserve the battery life) but we get about 5 days if we stay in the “safe zone.” The subscription for a year is reasonable.

Upgrade made easy. Great for keeping track of daily activities and peace of mind for any escapes.

Just ordered our 2nd whistle for a new adopted dog and as always, great, friendly and professional company.
