Love Whistle! We lost my dogs original whistle on a late night walk last week. Could not find it but have already ordered a new replacement-always peace if mind when he has his Whistle tracker on!

These devices work good.... WHEN they work. I've been with Whistle for my 2 pets for 4 years. I just got off the phone with customer support. My trackers (2) have been non working on their end for 6 mos... I have been getting my "out of range", "most active today" and other normal alerts. I was told they have been non working for 180 days!!!! WHAT?????? They wouldn't even credit me or send new equipment. So, they keep my monthly subscription fees and say I need new devices. NO! I cancelled!! Be diligent on this... Dont get screwed like I did!!!!

We've had the Whistle 3 and loved it, but the rubber band broke attachment broke. Since the new Whistle Go is out, the replacement bands are very conveniently not in stock. They've been marked as "back in 2-3 weeks" for the past 2 or 3 weeks. So we finally gave in and purchased the Whistle Go. It turns out that only comes with a brittle snap attachment that can only be snapped once. We obviously broke it trying to unsnap it from a collar. So now we've had to order the special collar that comes with its own attachment. We loved the product and wanted to remain loyal customers but this was a very poor customer experience. This is probably the last time we purchased anything from the website.

I bought the whistle three about two months before the newest models came out. I've been trying to buy collar attachment accessories for the whistle three for 2 months now and it keeps saying that they will be in stock in 3 weeks... i want to buy more attachments so that I can put them on finns different collars. Are these no longer available in order to force people to upgrade?
