Sometimes it works like it suppose to, others it don't. Says out of zone when setting next to me in house. Sometimes tells me 1 dog out of zone when it's 2. Sometimes it locates right on others way off

Difficult to navigate thru

Very helpful sales associate in replacing and upgrading our tracker from a Tagg product to a Whistle product.

I liked the way my older model Whistle worked, hated to see it go.Have not had this Whistle explorer to long now.It appears to perform as well with a few more bells and whistles.

Loved the fast friendly service as much as I liked the product

Your recent offer using Rescue10 is in my opinion very deceiving. The offer states for a whistle go unit you can receive $10 with the code Rescue10, good for 2 units. However, after problems getting the discount on a second unit, I was told by support that I would need to create 2 separate orders to get the discount on both units. Come on people, someone thought this was the way to do things?

I have been using Whistle for over 5 years! My 10 year old mutt still will wonder off to explore when given the chance. The Whistle has enabled me to retrieve him quickly. I would still be out looking for him if it were not for Whistle. I am reordering a new unit as this one has finally worn out (at least the battery has) I think every dog owner who owns a wondering dog or cat needs one these time savers.
