Great experience with the company. they called me to confirm my cellar size and appropriate sized unit. Product was shipped on time as promised. Installation was easy and has been working great ... significantly quieter than the earlier unit I had from a Chinese manufacturer.

Excellent experience with Cindi Bent in buying a replacement for a 20 year-old WK3000. She was thoroughly knowledgeable about the historical changes made to the units which was very helpful to me. She's a major asset and great to deal with.

Excellent cooler: Extreme 8000 ti. Easy to install, despite heavy. Customer service is excellent. Adam was extremely helpful and Augustine expedited the shipment due to my wineroom warming after old cooler died. Overall I am completely satisfied and recommend them without reservation

Easy purchase, courteous personnel that I spoke with and a quality product. When the system arrived I noticed that the power cord was missing. One call and no hassle and I had the cord within a few days.

My WhisperKool wine cellar split unit failed after installation. After much troubleshooting, the installation technician recommended that a completely new unit be installed. WhisperKOOL’s customer service personnel shipped out a new system at their expense, even though it remains possible that the problem was with the installation rather than the unit. Once the original unit was sent back to the factory, it was stated that there was no problem found, which put me in an awkward situation between the manufacturer and the installation technician. However, after some negotiations, we got the issue resolved. WhisperKOOL stood behind their product. My new unit works beautifully, and I trust it to keep my cellar in optimum conditions for years

Shipping was delayed due to Covid 19 which delayed installation. I understand, but was frustrated.
