Beautiful condo, beautiful price
I did not expect to find a vacation rental at all at such short notice, but rented a beautiful condo at a beautiful price through Whimstay. I expect I will be using them again. . .

Exceptional Customer Service
Words could not do justice for the customer service my family and I received. I worked with a gentleman Benjamin Roberts who went above and beyond to help us find the perfect property fo my family. For one week he took everything we were looking for and pretty much handed it to us with a big bow. My family and I travel often and not only are the properties they offer beautiful but you cannot beat the prices. I will not only be using this company in the future but, I will be recommending to my family and friends. Again Mr. Roberts thank you for all the hard work you truely are wonderful I hope to work with ypu again in the future. Thank you from the Montoya family.

Had booking in lakeside wharf and room…
Had booking in lakeside wharf and room had roaches and bed bugs. When we called to change, the lady was not nice. She said she had nothing to accommodate our number of people, after spending several minutes explaining that we drove 10 hours, she ended up finding something but her attitude was not apologetic. It was not good customer service

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re disappointed to hear about your experience. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. We take cleanliness concerns, such as the ones you mentioned, very seriously, and we will immediately pass this along to the property management team to ensure it is addressed. We’re also sorry to hear about the interaction you described with our team member. While we’re glad that an alternative accommodation was found, we fully understand that the tone and approach of our support are just as important as the solution. We will review this internally to ensure all future interactions are both helpful and courteous. We appreciate your feedback and hope we can provide a better experience in the future. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss this further.
