Whimstay is a brilliant new source for finding the best deals available for a getaway vacation rental. I was able to make a reservation and book a 7 day trip to Palm Springs that was Half the cost of the identical place on either Airbnb or VRBO. Booking took less than 2 minutes and it was a flawless handoff between Whimstay and the local property manager who was phenomenal in the Desert Market. We were able to have a couple of awesome dinners and La Quinta golf experience as a result of the savings on Whimstay.

Had a great experience using Whimstay to rent a place for a little getaway. They contacted me a few times when I had questions and needed to follow up. Felt that they were on top of things and willing to go the extra mile to help!

Our condo was beautiful. Very spacious and had amazing views of the ocean. The balcony was huge and had an entrance to the master and the living area. Waking up to an ocean view and the sounds of the waves was heaven. We were provided with all essential products including tons of towels and a fully equipped kitchen. We stayed 7 days for under $2000 and enjoyed every single day. We had easy access to the beach and pool. The pool area had two gas grills, which we used a few times. If you stay at Twin Palms you won’t regret it. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because housekeeping really didn’t do their job. Which that is not at the fault or the owner. We will definitely be staying here again.

The condo was for the most part nice. The decorations were cute and tasteful and plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen. Unfortunately the curtains that were covering the sliding glass door kept falling down. My issue was with the entire complex. It was supposed to be a dog friendly place but there was only one place my dog was allowed to be outside, in between the buildings. The problem with this is that there were no lights and was pitch black at night. Another problem was that there was a big chunk of asphalt that was missing right outside of the condo with large orange cones in it. My dog was so afraid of the cones that she would not go out the front door. So she was not supposed to go out the back door and wouldn’t go out the front door. Problem.

First time booking and it was a bit frustrating initially as property showed available but when I went to book it was sold out, I thought it may have been a scam honestly. A few days later I got a voicemail from Whimstay advising that an issue was noted with my booking that had been corrected on property manager's side and if interested the unit was still available for the dates chosen. I booked so fast I didn’t even get to take advantage of the discount they offered for my inconvenience. They were very courteous and professional, and the property was even more wonderful than seen in pictures, I can’t wait to book again!
