WhimstayReviews of whimstay.com

Whimstay is so great! It is significantly cheaper than booking through any other website and is perfect for a last minute vacation. The app was very easy to use and had so many great options to stay at last minute. Contacting the host through the app is very easy as well and they answer very fast. The house we stayed at was beautiful and so clean. I will definitely be using whimstay again!

Whimstay made our trip so great!! We booked pretty last minute and it was super easy to find available places, book and be on our way! The stay itself was amazing and the house was such high quality and clean. I would absolutely use whimstay again and look forward to looking at where else we can go with it!

This was a great vacation! The house was clean with a gift of Oreos when we arrived. The pool was great and the kitchen was fully stocked. The bedding is also great quality and we all had the best sleeps of their lives. Awesome location as well - close to Universal and Disney!

Seriously the best! We were made aware of this website through an ad we saw and decided to check it out. We couldn’t believe how great the deals are! We compared the same property we booked across 4 sites - whimstay was $480 less than the lowest price we could find elsewhere! Definitely our new go-to site.

Got a great rate on a stay in Philadelphia. My booking ended up being with an amazing professional property manager. The unit was clean and stylish. We had a wonderful stay - the discount was the cherry on top.

Whimstay rented us a place to stay that was for sale an unavailable. We had to call THEM to figure out what was happening day before our trip because we had received zero communication. So disappointed, will never use again.

Don't start an customer-facing internet company if you aren't going to invest in customer support. Tried Whimstay after my holiday Airbnb cancelled. Entered requested dates multiple times and site kept changing them. Took more than 48 hours for Whimstay to respond to issue, and it was ultimately not addressed. Don't expect any flexibility either. Can't recommend.

The best Florida vacation I've had! I go to Florida each year and this was the best rental. I spent 4th of July here with my family. We arrived to a beautiful home where the pictures didnt do any justice. There were 6 of us and more than enough room for everyone. The 2 master suites were gorgeous! The kids rooms were decorated lovely with Disney characters. The in ground pool at the home was clean and relaxing. The host was the absolute best I have ever had. We arrived to a complimentary bottle of wine from a vineyard close by. When I asked were to find in stores she told me but then bought us 2 more bottles. The refrigerator was not producing ice. When I called, the host was there within minutes. When she could not fix the problem she went to the store and bought us ice back. She also kept checking to see if we needed more. I have never received that type of customer care from a rental company, and plan to visit again. I felt at home and didnt want to leave. This was only a girls trip and I can't wait until the rest of the family comes to enjoy! Thank u!
