Thank you for your kind words and detailed feedback! We’re thrilled to hear the house was a great fit for your family and that the kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. It’s wonderful to know the location, comfort, and amenities met your expectations. We appreciate your notes on the pots and pans and pest control. We’ll share this feedback with the host to ensure these areas are addressed. Your input helps us improve experiences for future guests. We’d be delighted to host you again. Thank you for choosing Whimstay!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Whimstay connects travelers with vacation rental deals through our platform, and the properties themselves are managed by our partners. It’s concerning to hear that the property you stayed at did not meet your expectations for safety, cleanliness, and basic needs. We’re in the process of introducing a feature that will allow guests to leave reviews for individual properties, which we believe will enhance transparency and help future travelers make informed decisions. In the meantime, our support team would like to hear more about your experience so we can follow up with the property manager and address these concerns. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll be there to help. Thank you again for your input as we continue to improve the experience for all travelers.

We apologize for any confusion this caused. We've been in contact via email with both you and your host, who is aware of the issue and willing to assist with verification despite your phone’s camera issue.
