Mitzki was helpful and responsive even when the parking facility was unresponsive and unhelpful. She’s fantastic. On the other hand, whereipark ou t to enforce and standardise sufficient information from the parking facility to allow the customer to be informed and evaluate whether a space is feasible for their vehicle. Parking space dimension, parking type (independently operated stacker, stacker bottom level, normal ground parking), covered/indoor/outdoor, security etc.

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for recognizing Mitzki's support. We're glad she was able to help. We also appreciate your feedback on our parking listings. We agree that providing more detailed information, such as parking type, dimensions, and other key features, is important, and we're continuing to improve our listings with our parking partners. Thank you for helping us improve.

I didn't book a spot at the end of the day, but Marie at Customer Support was extremely helpful through the entire process. From initial booking to cancellation, everything was a breeze. The entire customer support team was extremely helpful and really went out of the way to ensure my needs were met. If I ever need a parking spot again, I know where to go.
