FAKE REVIEWS
FRAUD- This company engages in fraudulent review manipulation to artificially increase their score. They work with agents in the Philippines, who hire freelancers on platforms like UPWORK, under fake "UX and Usability Testing" job descriptions. Once hired, the agents withhold contract payments and extort freelancers into posting positive 5-star reviews. And then they don't pay! Avoid trusting these inflated metrics; they are bought using deceptive contracts.

Quite possibly the worst company…
Quite possibly the worst company ("WhereiPark" "Where I Park" "WhereIPark") I've ever booked a parking space through. All of my payments were made on the exact posting time. My vehicle was towed due to neglected communication. What a great start to your day!
You would think that would be the first issue, wrong!!
Fast forward to another point in time when "WhereiPark" ("WhereiPark" "Where I Park" "WhereIPark") did not communicate with my parking garage and sent me an email saying my contract was cancelled. In shock, I responded and due to my response and without any reply, WhereiPark ("WhereiPark" "Where I Park" "WhereIPark") activated my parking status. No issues with payment.
Speaking of payment/charges, get ready for increases without notification here!
All in all, WhereiPark ("WhereiPark" "Where I Park" "WhereIPark") is a terrible service.
NO COMMINICATION
NO DUE PROCESS
NO PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE
If I could, I would rate this company at a 0. Giving them 1 star is a stretch.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We will be reaching out directly to gather more details and review what happened.
Based on our records, we did not receive a response to the termination email we sent, and we were not made aware of the towing incident. Regarding the rate change, an email was sent offering the option to opt out of the SpacerShield add-on, and since we did not receive a response, it was applied.
We’d really appreciate the opportunity to make this right and will be in touch shortly.

My car got towed while parking with Whereipark
My car got towed while parking with Whereipark and they did not assume any liability.
I made a booking through Whereipark.com for a monthly, covered parking at Station on Silver, Herndon, VA as I was going to be out of town for a longer period. I received prompt parking instructions from Whereipark by email, and parked the car as per those instructions. They had sent me pictures of the garage from the outside and pictures of the dial pad and the required access code.
I parked at the garage at Station on Silver by following those instructions to the letter. The access code allowed me to open the garage door and park inside. I made sure I clicked pictures of where my car was parked, and ensured those matched with the instructions that I had received from Whereipark.
Fast forward three months: I emailed Whereipark regarding cancelling the monthly parking. Whereipark's customer service rep "JA" indicated I needed to return the access device / key fob / parking permit. I mentioned to him that I never received any, and he emailed me back that that is perfectly ok and I would just be able to come and collect my car.
However, when I reached Station on Silver, it turned out my car had been towed. The very helpful location manager checked her lists and noted that a Whereipark car had indeed been towed because it did not display a parking permit. Her excel file listed my tags and mentioned that this was a "Whereipark" booking.
However, neither the parking garage nor Whereipark had ever sent me a parking permit, nor given me a heads up my car was going to be towed (regardless of Station on Silver's list that it was a Whereipark booking), nor informed me that the car had actually been towed.
I ended paying more than $1,500 in towing and impound charges. When I confronted Whereipark, "JA" simply indicated that they could not assume any liability and there was nothing they could do. They "offered" to refund the last payment, but the towing and impound costs where not a concern of theirs.
Needless to say, I am now proceeding with legal steps against Whereipark, because it seems they are just too eager to take your monthly fees (they just kept charging me month after month while my car turned out to be in an impound lot), but do not do any due diligence regarding the parking garage or the situation of the car - even though the parking garage had all the relevant details.
Highly unprofessional. You are much likely better off contacting individual garages, showing them the rate that you are getting on various websites, and just booking directly with those garages. At least you know somebody is keeping an eye out.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how upsetting this situation must have been. We always strive to make parking as smooth and stress-free as possible, and it’s unfortunate that this was not your experience.
To clarify, WhereiPark partners with property managers and leasing offices to provide access to parking spots, and each location has its own access and permit requirements that must be coordinated directly with the site management. In this case, the property requires a physical parking permit, which must be picked up from the leasing office prior to parking — a step outlined in the setup instructions.
We regret that there was any confusion regarding this process and that this resulted in your vehicle being towed. We’ve since reviewed our communication for this location to make the permit instructions clearer for future customers.
Sincerely,
The WhereiPark Team

Paid nearly $600 in fees to obtain a space to park in mid-August. The building and I are still waiting for whereipark to provide them with the paperwork so they can give me the access device. Do not bother calling their phone number. That goes nowhere. I would not recommend this at all.

We’re sorry for the frustration this caused. Please note that your payments have already been refunded. We did experience issues with receiving inbound calls recently, which may have prevented us from answering you, and we couldn’t locate any voicemail messages from you. To prevent this from happening again, we’ll be reaching out to the property management to confirm exactly which documents they require from us moving forward.
