Very simple and easy! I booked online, got instructions over the phone where and how to pick up the fob and pass. Parking was easy to find and it works really fine for me!

Earlier this week thought I had found a monthly parking spot but because of availability it didnt work out. I was being helped through this by Abigail Abesamis from spacer.com. She was professional and polite, provided very good and seamless customer service without a hiccup. I am glad and feel lucky to have been helped by Abigail Abesamis with Spacer.com because this could have turned into a long ordeal with me waiting for weeks on cancellations and a refund. Misinformation about visiting 24hrs prior to start of parking. Can't change vehicle from compact ( space issued per website) vs type of vehicle i have a pickup
