Do not recommend. Book directly with garage/lot owners.
Where I park is not one of my suggested websites to work with. I booked with them in a moment of desperation due to not finding out until day before moving in that the parking garage at my new apartment was full. Since the start, I have not had a good experience with this company. After letting my booking sit for a few days, they finally said it was approved after the start date for the parking. They then provided outdated contact information for an employee of the garage that was no longer working there. It took another day or so to get the correct contact information so I could actually pick up a transponder. I came to find out that where I park was charging me more than I would pay if I were to book directly with the owner of the garage. I tried putting in multiple cancellation requests only for all of them to say it conflicted with the booking. I tried pushing it out 2 months to see if the cancellation would go through and it would not. The only contact information for the company is a general support email that does not respond in a timely manner. If you are looking to book a monthly parking pass, my best suggestion is to reach out directly to the owner of the garage/lot. They usually have signs outside of the space with a valid number to call.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’d like to clarify that WhereiPark is a business that allows lot owners to advertise their parking spots on our website for a fee. This accounts for the difference in pricing, as we manage the billing for customers and process payouts to the hosts or lot owners. It’s a formal agreement between us and the lot owners, where we help connect them with customers interested in their available spots. Booking through our website but paying hosts directly would actually mean circumventing this agreement. Your feedback on communication and response times is also very important to us. We’re actively working on improving our processes to better support customers in a timely manner. That said, I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced, and I truly appreciate you bringing them to our attention.
