Misinformation about visiting 24hrs…
Misinformation about visiting 24hrs prior to start of parking. Can't change vehicle from compact ( space issued per website) vs type of vehicle i have a pickup

Monthly parking service

Seattle 24/7 Parking
The web site is clear and easy to use. At first, I would have liked a quicker access to customer service, but, after employee JA got involved - they were great! Very prompt, thorough and professional support and communication. I would recommend 'Where I Park' to others. Sincerely, Mark Alexander

Rented a space for 4 months with 24-hr…
Rented a space for 4 months with 24-hr accessibility. Although after-hours access was a bit awkward, the level of security for a car that was only able to be used on weekends was totally worth it.

Customer support I received from Kay was super helpful. Although the responses were not immediate Kaye really helped to get my employees parking spaces ready.
