The car rented is very basic, it can move and carry 9 people. But for such a big van, it is really a surprise that the van is not equipped with any backward sensors. It is really dangerous for parking. Moreover, the tyre pressure indicator was on in the middle of the trip. It is an indicator of poor maintenance. No wonder it is relatively cheap but I don't think I will use this company again. Not a very pleasant rental experience.

Quisieron imponer de forma muy sibilina y farisea su fórmula de seguro a todo riesgo a pesar de haber sido rechazado inicialmente y además tras ceder a su teórica mejora ,incluyen el seguro obligatorio negociado y pagado con la operadora web con la que contraté el alquiler.

Realicé una reserva a través de Carjet para recoger un coche en el Aeropuerto de Craiova, Rumanía, con estas condiciones:precio total: 93 € + 38 € por seguro = 131 €. Depósito exigido: 2.300 €. Al llegar al mostrador, me informaron de que debía pagar 50 € adicionales por día por otro seguro que no estaba especificado en la reserva, además de mantener el depósito de 2.300 €. La trabajadora incluso me advirtió que circularía sin ningún seguro si no contrataba este nuevo servicio y que podía perder el depósito, lo que considero una práctica abusiva.Nos dijo que si no contratamos el seguro de 50€/día tampoco se hacían responsables de lo que le pasaba al coche durante el tiempo que estaba estacionado a la hora de entregarlo hasta que ellos lo verificaban. Ante esta situación, decidí rechazar la reserva, pero Carjet se negó a devolver el importe pagado alegando que habían pasado 6 minutos desde la hora de recogida, a pesar de que este retraso se debió a la insistencia de la empleada para que aceptara condiciones no acordadas previamente. La empresa se encuentra dentro del Aeropuerto Craiova Rumanía en llegadas, al lado de los baños es una caseta, no recomiendo sus servicios, cero transparencia . Por tanto, no es correcto decir que no solicité la cancelación antes de la hora de recogida por parte de Carjet ya que estaba en el mostrador enfrentando condiciones abusivas que me impedían aceptar el contrato.

They are scammers. Insisted we cant have the car unless we have an International driver permit post Brexit. If we don't have it ( which of course no on has!) then we have to take full insurance from them at a cost if €500 for 10 days or they block €27,000.00 for the full value of the car. Also did not have the car booked so had a more expensive SUV! Total scammers. Rented a car from Green Motion next door, no permit needed and got own insurance for £28 online. Do not use this scam hire company because you will either loose your booking fee or they will scam you even more for false damage claims.

The car was new and in very good condition. The assistance provided was hassle free and quick from taking the car to handover. Would surely recomment them to anyone looking for renting while travelling to get a hassle free assistance with good quality and condition of their cars

Bij het ophalen werd ons meegedeeld dat we vol/leeg hadden terwijl wij vol/vol hadden geboekt. Er werd dus service kosten en brandstof vooraf in rekening gebracht, dit zouden we terug krijgen bij het inleveren, min de service kosten, dat kan tot 30 dagen duren alsmede ook de deposit. We wachten dit af ,maar na alle negatieve revieuws gelezen te hebben ben ik er niet gerust op.

I recently had the misfortune to rent a car from Wheego in Frankfurt. I took images of the car when I collected it. No damage occured to the car during my rental period. On returning the car the Wheego attendant alleged damage had occured. I disputed this with my photos as proof. The Wheego attendant said no need to worry as the car went through a 360 degree scanner on exit and return. I have received a claim from Wheego for 1769.34 Euro for the non exidtent damage. All the documents are in German despite the fact my drivers license shows a UK address and I have repeatedly requested that their baseless allegations are at lesst understandable. Despite numerous emails to Wheego they refuse to engage with my dispute. I did buy excess cover from Carrentals ( Third party hiring platform). I am now told by Carrentals the the damage is actually 900 Euro plus a 175Euro "processing fee." I find it extremely suspicious, in fact not believeable, that 900 Euro is exactly the same amount deducted from my credit card as a deposit when I collected the vehicle. I have been hiring cars for the past 30 years and Wheego are without doubt the worst and most deceitful and disingenuous car hire firm I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. I challenge the CEO of Wheego to contact me via this platform, or indeed any of the numerous emails sent to his disreputable organistion. Thanks for reading

Absolute Frechheit !!!! Achtung abzocke !!! Wir haben online das Auto inklusive Versicherung für 6 Tage bezahlt. Dann geht vor Ort angeblich meine Kreditkarte nicht um die Kaution zu hinterlegen daher wird uns eine Vollkasko aufgezwungen zusätzlich wird uns gesagt das der Betrag viel zu gering ist um ein Auto für 6 Tage zu mieten.auf meine Frage warum man das so günstig online anbietet, wurde nicht reagiert. Wenn wir das Auto nicht genommen hätten fällt eine stornogebühr von 150€ an also blieb nur Option 2: das Auto für sage und schreibe 250€ extra zu nehmen. Wie bereits erwähnt haben wir online schon bezahlt inklusive Versicherung. Ich habe Angst vor der Rückgabe am Sonntag! Also wenn ihr das gelesen habt nehmt aufjedenfall eine andere seriöse Vermietung.
