I used this service twice in Düsseldorf in recent weeks and both times I was very impressed by the friendly and efficient staff. On my first booking, I accidentally selected the wrong time (Expedia had defaulted to 10:30, although I had intended to book for 18:30). The staff proactively called me to sort it out. On my second visit, the same happened (I know, don't ask) I was initially charged a second day charge that was then waived after I had explained to customer service. Everything was quick, easy, and hassle-free. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, with none of the rip-off charges you encounter at so many other places. Excellent service. Well done!
