Manchester office much better than expected: cheep, easy and good services. I thought from reviews I was going to be ripped off. I was hostile, look pictures of every inch of car in front of them before and after, but no problem, my deposit returns, self check in allowed me to just drop the keys. The pick up is in a hotel next to airport but this was a 5 min walk from terminal and station.

Scammers - they accused me of damaging the car underneath the front bumper. This area wasn't even visible and I'm certain this rude little man put the scratch there whilst I was talking to his colleague. They charged me £300 ! Dire company, avoid like the plague.......

Niestety moje doświadczenie z tą wypożyczalnią było bardzo negatywne. Po przylocie do Katowic okazało się, że nasz samolot miał godzinne opóźnienie. Podczas rozmowy telefonicznej pracownik poinformował nas w bardzo nieuprzejmy sposób, że „ich to nie interesuje”, mimo że podaliśmy numer lotu właśnie po to, aby w razie opóźnienia mogli zweryfikować sytuację. Nasza rezerwacja została anulowana, a jedyną opcją było wynajęcie samochodu ponownie za kwotę 900 zł. Pracownik stwierdził, że wszystkie informacje są zawarte w warunkach rezerwacji, jednak uważam, że podanie numeru lotu powinno mieć konkretny cel – zwłaszcza że w innych wypożyczalniach w podobnych sytuacjach (nawet przy znacznie dłuższych opóźnieniach) samochód na nas czekał. Dla porównania, podczas podróży do USA mieliśmy 12-godzinne opóźnienie lotu, a mimo to auto było dostępne bez żadnych problemów. Najbardziej rozczarował nas jednak brak empatii i bardzo nieprzyjemny sposób komunikacji. Rozumiem, że firmy mają swoje procedury, ale sposób traktowania klientów ma ogromne znaczenie. Nie polecam i radzę dokładnie zapoznać się z warunkami oraz upewnić się, jak wypożyczalnia traktuje opóźnienia lotów.

Unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit! Sonnenblende ist bei der ersten Fahrt abgefallen und ohne sie berührt zu haben . Sind 2 Tage später vorbei gefahren um das zu melden! Keine Hilfe und Vermerk das wir sie abgebrochen haben . Warte nun seid 4 Wochen auf eine Schadensmeldung für meine Vollkasko Versicherung. Finger Weg von solchen Firmen !

If I coud give 0 stars I would. I took the car back yesterday and they found a "superficial" scratch on the roof of the car. I had photos of all the scratches but being only 5 foot tall missed seeing the one on the roof. They have taken 900 euros from me for a scratch that they'll never repair. Do not use them

Wheego - please respond to the complaint I have submitted multiple times. I have been back and forth with a very rude representative of your Albanian brunch. Please someone from your HQ get in toch with me! Everyone thinking to book with this company - be aware. Genuinely unsure of how they are still operating they are literally scammers. All the good reviews they have is genuinely just locals or people that are acquainted with people that work for wheego. Total scam. Albanian office representative is so rude. Clearly uneducated…

BEWARE - CROOKS! I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Absolutely transparent money-making venture making up damage upon return. We collected in the dark and couldn't even see the car, but did our best to look all around. We missed a couple of micro-blemishes on the roof and hey-presto, they hit their revenue growth goals by ripping off yet another innocent tourist for £400 of "damage" that will never be fixed. We had comprehensive excess insurance, so no cost to us ultimately, but that's not the point. Don't go near them.

We rented a car from Wheego in Alicante. At drop-off, we were charged for damage that we believe was already present before our rental. Despite our written dispute and request for evidence, we received no response and the €900 deposit was still charged. We have started an official dispute through our bank.
