No pongo un cero porque no se puede. Es una vergüenza de compañía. Nos han dejado tirados en el aeropuerto en mitad de la noche sin contestación ninguna. Ni servicio 24h ni nada.

Am Flughafen durch Opodo Auto gebucht und Buchung war nicht da, als ich das Auto abholen wollte. Man sagte mir, dass kann noch Stunden dauern, bis die Buchung bei Ihnen im System ist.

Opfat det som én negativ stjerne. Vi er 2 familier som lånte 2 biler af WheeGo gennem DiscoverCars i Italien, Malpensa lufthavn, februar 2026. Begge biler var lejet i 4 dage. Pt. har de hævet 43.500 kr., ca. 6.000 euro på min konto og min gode ven har pt. bødet med ca. 9.000 kr., ca. 1.200 euro. Ren svindel fre ende til anden. Min bil var i øvrigt en Opel Corsa på østrigske plader og den anden en Opel Astra ligeledes på østrigske plader. Hold jer langt væk fra WheeGo, er mit bedste råd. Håber ikke oplevelsen skal koste min familie deres sommerferie i år:(

This business was designed to rip people off no about it - low up front rental charges to attract you then charge you the earth through hidden charges that you didn't know you had even signed for. I cant say too much about the full details of my experience as it is with the fraud squad pending investigation however do not use this company for car hire - it would be cheaper to charter a private helicopter to your destination!!

Auta są wynajmowane podwójnie. Wynajęłam samochód na 2 dni. Nie odebrałam auta w ciągu 2 godzin od umówionej godziny. Auto zostało wynajęte innej osobie. Firma się zabezpiecza zapisem. Niemniej, zapłacone za 2 dni. To ja decyduję gdzie parkuje auto. Brak słów. W tym samym czasie były jeszcze inne osoby w tej samej sytuacji. To wygląda na standardowe działanie. Odradzam!!!

For our Vienna holiday, we rented a car from Ryanair's website for £49 per week. On January 25th, 2026, when we went to the Wheego office at Vienna International Airport, the staff insisted that we take out insurance. When we stated that we did not want it, they made us sign a security contract totaling £1000. When we asked why, they said it was written in the rental policy and that they had made us sign it as a formality, and that they would refund the money if we returned the car undamaged. Since we had rented the car online, we didn't want to cancel and accepted, signed, and took the car. Five days later, we returned the car in the morning and took a video showing that nothing had happened. When we boarded the plane and returned to England, they sent us a fine invoice showing a tiny, almost invisible scratch on the car. Despite me saying that we hadn't done anything like that and asking where it was, they kept putting it in an inconspicuous place. They withdrew money from our account saying that, and our lawyer is currently investigating the matter as an unjust enrichment case. Do not rent a car from here!!!

Avoid!!! Even though the booking was made through Booking.com, Wheego lists and provides its services there and is therefore responsible for all desk policies and fees. I was forced to advance over €750 at the counter because of undisclosed and misleading policies. Only on arrival was I told that American Express is not accepted for the deposit. When I used a Visa debit card instead, I was informed this voided the insurance I had already purchased on booking.com, leaving me no choice but to buy mandatory insurance for an extra €204.15. Additional unexpected charges, highway fees, a €199 traffic fines deposit (held for 6 months), VAT, and a €299 pre-authorisation — over €750 paid at the counter, none of which was clearly disclosed upfront- on top of £287.28 paid beforehand on booking.com!! Stressful, misleading, and unacceptable. Complete scam. Stay clear of this company!

Wat een waardeloze organisatie .Momenteel in Oostenrijk geweest.Ik kwam later aan vanwege andere vlucht.Bleek dat ze de betaalde auto al weggeven hadden. Sta je daar bij een ander verhuurbedrijf kan je niets anders dan een andere auto meekrijgen voor heel veel geld. Als je dus naar je bestemming wil zetten ze je dus een mes op je strot .Ik had de auto voor 5 dagen gehuurd en betaald. Leek een koopje 380 euro. Nu voor twee auto’s betaald dik 600 Euro .Wheego is niet thuis om me het geld van de eerste auto terug te betalen.En die heb ik overigens nooit gekregen. Rest me nu niets anders dan het bedrijf Wheego in rechten te betrekken.Kan een ieder aanraden ga nooit met dit bedrijf in Zee. Geef meer geld uit voor een gerenomeerd bedrijf.
