WEX has road side assistance. When I needed a tow, they first told me about $400 to tow my truck. I told them do not tow without my permission and a price.. I got another quote for $270. I called them back asking for the actual price of their tow. They did not know. I then got a call from their tow company telling me they were about there for my tow. I called Wex Back. Told them not to tow without a price. They told me to call the tow company because they did not know. I called the tow company for them to tell me, they cannot give me a price, I was not their customer, WEX was. I called WEX back and they told me around $60. Yes, I took thought it was to good to be true but I also thought it was a good thing I had the road side asst. Long story, not quite so long, I let them tow. I then get a bill for $438. I called several times and was told I would get a refund in 90 days. The amount of time you cannot do a charge back. It took two months of fighting and they did not even return half the money. I told them to listen to the recorded phone calls. They said id have to take them to court and the case was closed.

Nasty company stay well away!

Don't ever give this company a deposit. I recently closed this account and it's been 42 days and no refund yet. I will never deal with them ever again.

Why can’t I give 0 stars? I have a problem with setting up my account and there is absolutely no way to get through to a human being and they are not replying to the support ticket. Absolutely ridiculously bad service.

I applied for a truck fuel card but was sent a different product with terms I did not agree to. I never activated or used the card, yet I was charged approximately $300 in fees. Despite disputing the charges and requesting closure, the account was treated as active and is now affecting my ability to obtain fuel cards elsewhere for my business. This has caused financial and operational harm. I am still seeking full removal of the charges and written confirmation that the account is closed and corrected. It's just me that wondering how many more people got robbed by this fuel company

This company is so full of shit I put in to get my FSA reimbursement to me for doctor's visit. I put in to have it direct deposit to my account, and I receive email stating I was getting a check. I call them and they tell me it's their fault but you say the only way you can fix it in your system for me to get my money I have to wait till the check process and you can go back cancel check an process it for direct deposit so I still waiting on my money which could take up to 3 to 5 business days before I get my money after you process it for direct deposit.

Never use Wex Wawa for your companies fuel purchases. They rape you with large hidden charges they do not dislose. When you are savvy and figure it out and call them out, they do not refund the false charges. They are criminal. Horrible company and a bad stain on Wawa. I woud give them 0 stars if I was able. Scam company.

It's a ripoff, stay away. The representatives are heartless thieves stealing hard earn money and sabotaging your healthcare options.
