WeTravelReviews of wetravel.com

Using WeTravel has honestly been a big help for my business, Morocco Shade Explore. It made things much easier for my clients to pay, especially the ones coming from abroad. The whole payment process is smooth, the fees are fair, and it saved me a lot of time compared to how I used to handle bookings. I also want to mention Amine ALLAL EL BAKHTI. From the beginning, he was the one guiding me through everything. He was patient with all my questions, explained things clearly, and always replied fast whenever I needed support. He really went the extra mile to make sure I understood the system and felt confident using it. I definitely recommend WeTravel, and working with Amine made the experience even better.

I’ve been using WeTravel for managing bookings and payments, and I am genuinely impressed with how efficient and user-friendly the system is. The platform has so many helpful features that make organizing tours and handling client payments incredibly smooth. Their fees are very reasonable, and the interface is clean, intuitive, and built with real travel businesses in mind. A special thank you to Amine ALLAL EL BAKHTI — his support was exceptional from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to guide me through the setup. It’s rare to find someone so responsive and genuinely committed to helping users succeed. Highly recommended for any travel company looking for a reliable, modern, and cost-effective solution!

Wild World Tours offered a once a year Día de Los Muertos tour in Oaxaca, México that was unforgettable ! This experience included the city of Oaxaca's celebrations and our tour guide Maria and local guide Gabo went "all in". It was a small group of 14 so we were able to have our own private, city hotel. Our guides planned many local experiences and foods for us to try with mole, tamales, pumpkin flowers, and many of the unique tastes of Oaxaca. The Día de los Muertos ofrendas, parades and city decorations were colorful and Maria had face painting artists for us all to have "sugar skull" makeup for the celebrations. We explored the city and surroundings with Gabo to see the unbelievable ruins of Monte Alban, the cemetaries for the Day of the Dead, cooking class at a local community, along with mescal farms and tastings, textile, black pottery, and alejedrez demonstrations. The part that I liked the most was exploring the beauty of Oaxaca at the petrified waterfall and our hike to get there. Then, we traveled to the surfing, beach town of Puerto Escondido and enjoyed a sunset hike. We were able to go to a turtle camp and watch the newly hatched baby sea turtles go into the ocean. What a memory ! Thank you Wild World Tours for showing me the traditions of Oaxaca.

Molly was always available if we had a question. She was quick to respond and always followed up in a timely manner. We will miss her yet glad to know she will still be on the WeTravel team!

I enjoyed my experience with Molly she was very helpful and for sure a people’s person . Thank you.

We had an amazing time in Egypt. Ahmed was a great guide!

Hiba Essahli from We Travel was just outstanding, very responsive at any time we needed her, she helped us to get back our access to our account that we couldn't do after many emails straight away after explaining the issue to her. Briefly Hiba is the best.

As the Manager of Kosa Surf Morocco, I can honestly say that WeTravel has made our lives so much easier since we implemented it on our website. It works perfectly as a booking system — our clients feel much more confident, they see us as more professional, and they have greater security when booking their trip. For us, it gives peace of mind knowing we receive deposits and even full payments in advance, while also automatically collecting all client details. On top of that, it has massively improved how we manage our rooms and overall booking procedures. And the best part? It’s completely free (we don’t use the Pro version) — the only cost is the small fee that WeTravel takes per booking, which is absolutely worth it. But what truly sets WeTravel apart is the incredible human team behind it. I want to give special thanks to Hiba Essahli, Account Executive based in Casablanca, for the outstanding support she has always given us. She’s not only attentive, available, and solution-oriented — she’s even become an e-friend to us along the way. Honestly, I would give her 50 stars if I could. Also a big thanks to João Simões, our new Account Manager, who has already been fantastic in his support and professionalism. We couldn’t be happier with WeTravel and recommend it 100% to anyone in the travel and hospitality industry!
