WeTravelReviews of wetravel.com

We are delighted with WeTravel's platform. They are top-notch from start to finish, sale to implementation. Our account executive was well-trained, very knowledgeable about the platform and our industry and her patient, exploratory sales approach made it easier to assess the tools and make sure they we a good match for our company. We now have a very professional online process that replaced the clunky process and procedures we had in place.

Saludos, Edgar Parra General Manager LONELY SUMMITS TEAM

Hi, my name is William Orellana. I am a tour leader for my own birding tour company based in Honduras in Central America. When I started dreaming about my company, I knew I was going to need more than a regular bank for making things easier for me and my costumers. So far WeTravel has been a clever online banking tool and I am super happy with the great service. I travel a lot up North and South America, WeTravel also has provided me with a card that works everywhere, is better than the credit card I got from my regular bank sometimes never works. Last week I realized my phone doesn’t work outside of Honduras, I am in Oregon,USA right now and I wanted to have access to my account, because for security reasons I get a code that WeTravel send to my phone and is a secure way to login in your stuff. I was a little stress out not having access to my account, so I wrote to WeTravel and rapidly Adriana got in touch with me, and after some security questions that I also appreciate that WeTravel take care of that important part. Adriana solved my problem in the blink of an eye, giving me the right directions to finally getting the access to my account after a few clips. Adriana must be Supergirl the first thing I thought. To end this history, I just want to say that I truly believe that WeTravel is the best booking and payments platform for multi-day travel businesses and I highly recommend if you are planning to work in tourism.

Jenna has been so helpful throughout my process of setting up my WeTravel account. She quickly responds and alleviates any issues I may have with answers and solutions. Overall, the services provided and the onboarding organization were perfect. Couldn't recommend WeTravel and Jenna enough.

Thanks to Michael Walstrom for guiding me on this new journey of registrations through the WeTravel system. There is quite a learning curve but Michael is close by anytime I have questions.

I was looking for a portal for retreat hosts when I found We Travel. The software is great but the service is even greater. Eileen went over and above for me to get set up. With too many irons in the fire getting my retreats all set it was very refreshing to have had the assistance I needed to make this transition to a more robust and professional retreat portal. Thank you Eileen!

My daughter and I went on an unforgettable trip to Ireland with We Travel in May of 2022. Our knowledgeable and caring guide Mai Herndon kept us informed with many emails advising us of latest COVID restrictions and requirements ahead of time. We shall never forget the lush green fields, trees, and breathtaking scenery with mountains, castles, flowers, amazing farms with the most interesting architecture. I was just thrilled seeing all the baby lambs with their mothers frolicking and playing with each other. They had just been born. Mai kept us well informed on the entire trip of itinerary for each day and times we were to be ready to get on bus if applicable. Each day brought a new adventure and experience. I must not fail to mention our kind, helpful, and careful bus driver on the tour. He was always on time and had to work long hours to take care of us. The bus was clean and immaculate. Did I forget to mention that Mai sings the most beautiful Irish songs with her amazing voice? Gave me goose bumps! What are you waiting for? Book your trip now and you will be thinking about it forever. People in Ireland are kind and helpful, and the country is so clean and beautiful. I loved our boat ride along the beautiful cliffs. Amazing.

Jenna was amazing at getting us set up on the WeTravel platform. This company has excellent customer service, software features on their website, and a simple retreat host payout process. I recommend doing business with this company.
