It's been wonderful to work with Zofia Lutisanova! I was surprised to get a call from her weeks ago, just after I started building my 2023 season in WeTravel. To have easy access to an account representative available and walk me through this entire process was NOT something I expected, but have been delighted with! Literally could not have done this without her support. Every question I had has been answered, either same day or with a day or two, and she had a great knowledge of workarounds and solutions for my trickier questions. She knows this platform well. On a more personal note, there's always grumpy days when tech issues just make you wanna pull your hair out, and even through those days Zofia was upbeat, accessible and reassuring.
