After struggling for years to find the best platform to manage payments and bookings, I came across We Travel. Choosing them was by far the best professional choice I have ever made. It is a great solution to manage payments (especially when you have to deal with installments across the long term) and collecting booking information. On top of this, with the new features they announced, this will probably become the best software for travel businesses such as Tour Operators, Travel Agencies and DMCs. Highly recommended to anyone in the industry.

Amazing experience with Mohammed Amleh for onboarding our company to the WeTravel platform. You can see his care and passion shine through for his clients and the effort he puts into find answers, even if he is not sure there and then, he will go and find out. The payment system is clean, easy to implement and multi currency & fleixbility is a big plus! We primarily use the booking capture embeds for & passenger management tools and up until now I have no complaints! Looking forward to seeing the development continue with the new CRM feature & excited to continue the journey with WeTravel.

We’re still actively using this system for Savannah Adventures in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, and it has been a great addition to our operations. Many of our guests use it to pay for safari game drives, Chobe day trips, Hwange trips, as well as our Moonlight & Stargazing 4x4 safaris here in Victoria Falls. I joined WeTravel in January 2026 and use it to help run my student travel business, after leaving another platform. They provided an integration we needed, and the customer support during the migration and setup process was very much appreicated! We Travel set everything up for me and trained me how to use the differnet features (They helped transfer old bookings over to WeTravel) The itinerary builder, website builder, and AI features in the CRM are huge time savers!
