My wife and I were browsing possible cars for her but we ended up looking at a replacement car for myself. Colin Monkhouse was the Skoda representative and he was friendly, efficient and answered our questions well. Not at all like the stereotypical pushy salesman. Entirely the opposite. I test drove a Kodiaq "X" edition and after much deliberation, decided to buy. Colin was extremely helpful throughout.

Just taken delivery of new Kamiq. My sales rep was Colin Monkhouse. Absolutely outstanding service. Great to be treated as a friend rather than a firecourt sales approach.. I have purchsed from westend skoda edinburgh for 20 years. The standards are 5 stars

After alot of searching for my dream car we found it at the newly launching Cupra dealership in Stirling .. a Cupra formentor - from start to finish we had AJ guiding us through the process with total professionalism and confidence. Never once was a feeling of pressure or lack of interest in what we wanted. 100% recommend . We wish Graeme,who was also extremely courteous and helpful , and AJ every success with the launch of Cupra / Seat

An update to my previous review. Kenny, the manager is bombarding me with justifying his version of events. No apologies, no humility. Only about himself. No customer relation skills whatsoever. He is actually a disgrace to himself and Skoda West end. I have had to advise him to no longer contact me as it is now harassment. Clearly the arrogance in Skoda West end Stirling's reply can be seen by all in their response. Arrogance in the extreme. What an appalling organisation that are not worthy of our hard earned cash to line the pockets of such arrogant management. The manager (Kenny) was not flexible regarding a trade in deal for our car and spoke at great length as to why he could not improve upon the offer. Just to be clear, we were offered £8000 on to find that days later they were selling the car for £10495. How unscrupulous and devious. We were offered a better deal elsewhere and were on the verge of leaving. In summary. I will never ever buy from West End Skoda. The manager Kenny is an arrogant False, rude and has absolutely no customer relation skills whatsoever. DO not buy from this dealership. He wrote me an extremely rude and arrogant email when I made a complaint. I will never give them my custom solely based on the arrogance of their manager Kenny Wintersgill.

Took delivery of my Skoda enyaq 85 recently, sonny, the sales person was excellent from start to finish as was Brian, the sales manager. It was a very professional, non pressured & helpful experience. I went to them as a friend had purchased a car from them previously, he highly recommended them as I do too. 5 stars from me

West End Garage, represented by salesman Daniel, provided very helpful support during my recent Karoq purchase. Paperwork for the process has expanded considerably over the years but Daniel took me through it carefully and responded to my queries with appropriate guidance. All in all, Daniel made sure that it was a relatively straightforward experience – and I am very happy with the Karoq!

Dunfermline - Garage.

Last time my car went in for a service with the Edinburgh garage they advised that the wipers needed replacing due to smearing and the key battery also needed replaced. I declined and both are still working fine 8 months later. They also incorrectly set my service interval to the fixed 10k mile one instead of the variable service interval even after I queried it. Had to contact Škoda uk to confirm correct setting. Will be moving away from Škoda brand because of this company.
