West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

So perfect! The print was a perfect representation of my one-eyed dog and his nuanced markings. The frame it came in was a bit damaged so I asked for a replacement which they sent me immediately and even included another print which I was not expecting! Such prompt and great customer service and such a great product.

I reached out for a last minute change to my order and Grace respond and was so sweet and was even able to make the change. The product and customer service is absolutely wonderful

Wow - I absolutely love my portrait of Bobbie & Luigi! I have only seen the digital version as yet and cant wait to receive the original print and hang it on my wall! Such a great outcome, super fast turnaround and great staff who helped me change my photos seconds after I placed my order. Thank you West and Willow for providing such a beautiful product.

I got this for my husband for his pup that passed away in January. He was absolutely floored. He loves it! Wonderful work!

I purchased a wall hanging photo for a friend who lost her dog awhile ago. I had to be sneaky when getting a photo and the one she sent me was not very good so I was very nervous for the outcome. BUT they did fabulous! Above and beyond. I can’t wait to gift this. West & Willow definitely exceeded my expectations!

West and Willow customer service has been amazing! At first I messed up my delivery address and they were able to handle the mix up promptly. In addition I also asked for some changes on the final design. Merdae and the support team were open and responsive during the whole process and was able to get me a beautiful new portrait design of my dog. I can't wait till the portrait is delivered, my sister is gonna love it!

Oh my gosh! This was even better than I thought it would be. I have it on the adjacent wall from where I sit in my office and it makes me smile every time I look up. I absolutely love it!

I have orders five times now and I’ve been blown away each time. Fantastic job, team!
