I’m so happy and pleased with the portraits I’ve ordered from you! This is my third portrait and I have to tell u that it brings happiness and comfort to my friends, especially the ones that their fur babies have crossed the rainbow 🌈 bridge. From the bottom of my heart thank you and Happy Holidays ❤️🩹💌 Til I order again 🤗

A nice gift for animal lovers!

We received our order quickly and it is beautiful. I ordered when I knew our dog didn’t have much time left with us, and this arrived just after he passed. What a comfort in this sad time.

West & Willow has the BEST customer service. This was my second time ordering with this company & it will not be my last. The first print I received was perfect, so I decided to order again. When I received my second print, I wasn’t as pleased with the colors used (although it was partly my fault because of the lighting in the photo I submitted) I emailed the customer service and received a response back within minutes. West & Willow made sure I was 100% satisfied before they sent a replacement. Each time I spoke with someone from customer service they were polite & I felt as if my opinion genuinely mattered. I am highly satisfied with my experience and this is the perfect gift idea!

I’ve gifted each one of our extended family of dog lovers a portrait of their pups, and the gifts were met with such appreciation and wonder, that all future gifts will sure to be letdowns. The West & Willow team did a great job capturing the unique characteristics of each dog, making it adorably accurate.
