West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

This company has amazing customer service!

Best holiday gift this year!!!

Portrait of my late dog turned out perfectly. I would recommend everyone getting a portrait done of their pets with this company. Will likely order another portrait of our other pets soon.

The customer service is pretty excellent and prompt. I had to have my final piece tweaked and it was taken care of very quickly and easily. I’m so happy with the outcome and with my purchase!

Great website UI and super simple to order my product. Loved the website’s design and options too!

I ordered 3 prints from West & Willow, two were perfect and the third didn’t exactly match the photo. I reached out to customer support and they worked with me to correct and reprint. They were so helpful and easy to work with! I love the prints and am so excited to give them as a gift this Christmas!

Delightful, would purchase again.

Pictures are beautiful. Fast shipping. Will tell everyone I know! Love the pics of my two pups!
