Ordering was easy. The reason I didn't put 5 stars is because they were advertising a free mug if I bought a portrait (which I did). But it said my purchase wasn't eligible for the free mug. 🤷🏻♀️ Looking forward to the final product!

Hi Elenie, I'm so sorry for the confusion. Upon checking, you already used the UNLOCKBF code. Please be advised that you can only use one code per order. Stay safe and healthy out there!

The ordering process was good. I wish there had been a way to make sure that money I had left in my account could be applied to the final amount. I did respond to support asking for assistance.

Thank you , I am satisfied with my pre order, I will respond with more reviews when my order arrives, but so far it’s positive n just can’t wait to receive my order, thank you so much , as I’ve had a bad experience with another company

Everything from ordering to shipping went smoothly. I was a but hesitant on not seeing a proof before, but it came out just fine. The only thing from giving it 5 stars was the pets looked very serious in the final product. The photos given did not seem as serious. Not sure if I needed to include that in the detailed description.

Hello there! We are so bummed to hear this! We'd love to put a smile on your face. We just sent an email to the address on your order.

Easy to order but 10% discount code took order below free shipping so it was only worth 50 cents!

I haven’t seen the product yet, but the ordering process was fairly easy. I just wish there had been an easy way to send a gift message. Maybe there was, but I couldn’t figure it out.

I was offered a free mug with my purchase using a promo code and also offered a 10% discount for signing up to texts and emails. Unfortunately it wouldn’t let me use both! A bit disappointing. Hopefully I love the piece when it comes!

I wish we could submit more than one pic, and then you could choose the most appropriate or pick the best features of each.
