Hi! I have to say I was pretty disappointed with this purchase. The artwork was wonderful but the frame was chipped and scuffed. I tried to cover it with a sharpie and it doesn’t work so I will likely need to reframe which is very disappointing and frustrating.

I’m satisfied with the final product, but my notes to the artist stated that 2 of my dogs pictures should be the exact same color. The lighting isn’t the same in the pics I sent . I thought they could just use the same color to create an accurate look.

Still waiting on delivery information.

I am so disappointed in the colour of the eyes!! They are just a bit too bright! The rest looks exactly like her though!

I had a lot of trouble with customer service. I placed my original order on Dec. 6 and finally got things straightened out (somewhat) last week, finally seeing Christmas gifts being delivered to my son and daughter. The final person I dealt with did her best to make things right, and that helped. I won't be purchasing anything else from West & Willow.

I loved how the images turned out. I do wish I knew that the tie one pet was wearing would be cut off because I would have given him something else to wear so that is a bit of a shame but the photos turned out nice. There was a weird transaction with fedex and usps that screwed up the package drop off time which in turn had me going to the post office to pick up these items. There was definitely poor communication amongst these businesses from my perspective which made ever wanting to purchase another photo in the future less likely. I’m sure my experience doesn’t happen often but it’s not fun considering how much you’re spending and the expectation associated to this experience.

I love my portraits, but unfortunately the quality of the frames are pretty janky. There is visible glue on the outside corner seams, 2 of the 3 frames have the hanging hooks installed upside down and aren’t even centered in the frame, and, lastly, one of the frames has a large crack at the top of it.

I don’t know when my order will be delivered. Looking at other sites to see if they say when will be delivered and they do... makes me suspicious that you may be fraudulent
