Don’t buy and waste your money. Very expensive with no refunds/returns is disappointing and makes for a bad experience. There should be an ability to confirm a digital proof. They blame it on poor quality of photos but mine was not poor quality and yet my black dog’s picture has green in his fur.

Well...I have no idea what they are shipping. There was no preview of the image and I paid for the digital download but I don't have access to see the photo. I guess I have to wait until we get it in the mail.

Very slow shipping even when paying extra to have the product rushed. No easy way to track the package - no email updates on shipping and they force you to download an app to track. Feels like a scam.

I had previously ordered from West & Willow, picking their service for lots of reasons over other services. My first order came back alright, but my second order doesn’t look like my dog at all. Trying to get this company to return an email (that’s all they offer…another lousy service) is impossible. I sent 2 emails and no reply. Will not recommend this company, nor will I use them again

The art is nice. The service is very poor. I ordered a print plus digital download. I received the art but still have not received the digital download. Ridiculous that they digital print is taking longer that the printing and shipping of the art. Also, they asked for a review several days before I received the art which seems shady. Update: the comment from west and Willow below is a lie. They have not emailed me to resolve this issue. I have emailed them multiple times and they have not responded.

Disappointing experience the second time around ordering! It’s been 4 weeks and they have not sent out of two portraits mind that we paid for skip the line X2! Customer service is we awful, over it’s been such a frustrating time experiencing and I have no idea when I’ll get my order.

Ordered over a week ago, paid extra to be processed early, and selected an option saying arrival on September 13th. Haven’t heard a word of communication or even know if it’s been shipped.

Actually my rating is zero! This is the worst “painting” I’ve ever seen. It’s so weird how it is not even centered in the frame. It’s not even really painted. This is pathetic! I will definitely tell everyone I know to stay away from this scam!
